Executive Board Election Procedures Proposal

The intent of this proposal is to clarify election procedures by putting into writing the procedures that have been well established in past NCBGA Executive Board elections. This proposal would be an addendum to the NCBGA Constitution Article V: Section 3 and would be lettered "F".

F. Election of Executive Board positions will be conducted one a time in the following order: State Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and then Secretary. Nominations will be taken from the floor. Nominees will be given a chance to express why they seek the job and answer questions. Nominees will then leave the room at which time there will be a chance for discussion and vote. This procedure will be repeated for each Executive Board position.
