Meet Registration

All Level 4’s automatically qualify to compete at the State Championships.

Level 5’s – As of right now, level 5 athletes need to score a 52 once in a Northern California competition to qualify to state. This score will be evaluated on Feb. 1st and possibly lowered if needed.

Registration forms must be returned to Performance Athletics, with full payment of meet fees, by

February 22, 2013 for Level 4 State
February 22, 2013 for Level 5 State

Any level 5 that qualifies after February 22 can be added with no late charge.

Late charge of $25 per athlete will be added if postmarked after February 22nd.

Please include only one check for all meet fees and shirt orders per event, and fill out the registration form.

No personal checks from the parents will be accepted.

Entry Fees: $100.00 Level 5, $80.00 Level 4, must be postmarked by February 22nd .

T-Shirts

T-shirts and Sweat Shirts will be: Pre-order T-shirts $15, Sweat shirts $30
**At meet T-shirts $20, Sweat shirts $35 (limited to sizes on hand)**

Concessions will be available.
